Privacy Policy

WONDERWORLDTV is an exciting new online experience designed to benefit
children of all ages to enhance their development to “help them see who they’re
meant to be”. WonderWorldTV has a
general Family Privacy Policy, but also recognizes the need to protect the
privacy and handling of any personal information collected with respect to
children under the age of 13.
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that we
inform parents and guardians of the associated risks when we collect, use, and
disclose any personal information from children under the age of 13. We will
require the consent of a parent or guardian when information will be obtained
in order for children to enter contests or use certain features of the Web
site. The WONDERWORLDTV Web site is
designed with children in mind for their benefit and entertainment. We at WonderWorldTV hope all parents or
guardians and children have a rewarding experience when they visit our Web
site.
Collecting of Personal
Information
§
Non-Account Activity. You can watch videos,
programs, shows and contact us about a particular video seen on WonderWorldTV
without having a WonderWorldTV Account.

Account-Related Activity. In order to participate in contests or visit
certain activities on the site —like uploading videos and entering contests, we
may require you to have a WonderWorldTV Identifier Account. We ask for some
personal information regarding the child when a WonderWorldTV Identifier
Account is created. The child’s first
name, a parent or guardian’s email address confirming they approve of any
contest submission and possibly a password or birth date may be required. This may be required as the WonderWorldTV
site expands. Contests may require birth date ranges. We will not ask for any personal information other than
information deemed absolutely necessary.

Content Uploaded to Site. Any information or video content that a
parent has authorized for online display becomes publicly available and may be
collected and used by others. We may ask parents for their personal information
to allow kids to participate in certain features on the Web site especially
when new and exciting features are designed benefiting kids of all ages.

Usage Information. We may record information about your usage,
such as when you use WonderWorldTV. If you are logged in, we may associate that
information with your account. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. "Web
Beacons") in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are
opened by recipients. We may collect a
child’s email address from a parent in order to send the child an informational
newsletter.

Your account identifying name (not your email address) is
displayed to other Users when you upload videos. Any videos that you submit to
the WonderWorldTV Web site may be redistributed through the internet and other
media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.

We do not use your email address or other personally
identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your
consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will
have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address
without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as
notifying you of major WonderWorldTV Web site changes or for customer service
purposes).

We use both your personally identifiable information and certain
non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data,
cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the
quality and design of the WonderWorldTV Web site and to create new features,
promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, analyzing, and
processing user preferences and trends, as well as user activity and communications

We use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a)
store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or
the next time you visit the WonderWorldTV Web site; (b) provide custom,
personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our
marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of
visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and
status in contests.

Any videos that you submit to the WonderWorldTV Web site may be
redistributed through the Internet and other media channels, and may be viewed
by the general public.

If you submit personally identifiable information to us through
the WonderWorldTV Web site, we use your personal information to operate,
maintain, and provide to you the general and personalized features and
functionality of the WonderWorldTV Web site, and to process any flagging
activity or correspondence you send to us.
Obtaining Consent from
Parents for the Collection of Information from their Child
We require a parent at time of contest entry
to check block provided to acknowledge they are in agreement to contest entry
by child and they are indeed child’s parents or guardian and are of legal age.
We will send email to parent or guardian to provide parent or guardian 48 hours
to refuse child’s registration to any contest or submission of any entry. If
the parent refuses the child’s entry into contest, we will delete all information
regarding the entry from our database. If no response from parent or guardian,
no action will be taken and entry will be allowed. Permission of a parent or
guardian will allow entry of child into future contests or registration based
entries without further permission.
Upon a child’s winning of a contest, the
parent will be notified via the email address provided. At that time we may
request further personal information of child and parent or guardian. We may
publish limited information such as contest winners first name, last name first
initial, city and state of residence on our web site.
We will contact parent to obtain permission to
allow child’s participation as other web site activities are featured.
As new features appear on our Web site, we may
require a parent or guardian to provide a credit card, speak to one of our
agents, or return a signed consent form for child’s participation in an
activity.
Parents ability to
make changes to Personal Identifiable Information
Parents or Guardians may refuse to permit us
at any time, to collect any further information from their child and also
request and previous personal information be deleted from our records. A parent or guardian may contact us at 978.682.6400
x10 to access, change or delete any
personal information we have collected from their child. Parents email address
as well as child’s identifier information will be required to complete request.
§ You may choose to add
personal information that will be visible to other Users on your identifier
account.
Choices You Have

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable
information through the WonderWorldTV web site, in which case you can still
view videos and explore the WonderWorldTV Web site, but WonderWorldTV may not
be able to provide certain services to you.
Third-party Advertisers,
Links to Other Sites
WonderWorldTV allows
other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve
advertisements within the WonderWorldTV Web site. These third-party ad servers
or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the
advertisements and links that appear on the WonderWorldTVWeb site. They
automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use
other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the
effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising
content you see.
WonderWorldTV
does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party
ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific
program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out.
However, please note that if an advertiser asks WonderWorldTV to show an
advertisement to a certain audience (for example, children ages 5-7) or
audience segment (for example, children ages 11-16 who have viewed certain
channels of content) and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or
ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are
trying to reach. The advertiser may also use information regarding your use of
the WonderWorldTV Web site, such as the number of times you viewed an ad (but
not any personally identifiable information), to determine which ads to deliver
to you.
You
should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers
or ad networks (see links below) for more information on their practices and
for instructions on how to opt-out of certain practices. WonderWorldTV's
privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such
other advertisers or web sites. Any data obtained by third-party ad servers
subsequently shared with WonderWorldTV is maintained and dealt with by
WonderWorldTV in accordance with this privacy policy.
Privacy Policy Changes
or Modifications
Changes
or Modifications may be made to the Kids Privacy Policy at any time. Parents or
Guardians will be notified by email of any material changes or modifications.
We request that parents notify us of personal information changes and provide
us with current email addresses. Any
changes or modifications to the Kids Privacy Policy will be made in accordance
with applicable law.
